When you purchase from us, you accept that you are buying personal care products that cannot be returned. Should you feel unhappy for any reason, please email us and we will do our best to fix the situation. You may cancel your order only BEFORE it ships by emailing us.
You accept that heat-sensitive products can melt during transit; we have provided instructions how to resurrect your product should this happen.
Shipping windows can vary but most orders ship within 7 business days. Larger restock events can have extended fulfillment times.
You accept that we cannot control what happens during transit; we use address verification software and our products are carefully packaged, boxed, and labeled. The USPS becomes responsible and liable once they pick up your package from our premises.
Both "ground advantage" and "priority" packages are automatically insured for up to $100 and claims can be filed here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. Claims can be filed for both missing and broken packages. We are happy to help if you require assistance in filing your claim!
